SALON POLICY
All appointments made in salon either need to be confirmed with card details on the online booking system. Or a 50% deposit taken.
All deposits are non refundable but can be transferred with at least 48hours notice of appointment.
If you do not show up to your appointment you will lose your deposit and be required to pay the rest of the appointment balance before booking another appointment or the card on file will automatically be charged when marked as a no show.
50% cancellation fee will be charged if less than 48 hours notice is given.
Individual cases will be looked at by management and a credit note may be given but this is at company discretion.
This applies to all services/ appointments in the salon.

All course bookings require full payment at the time of booking and are non refundable and non transferable. Individual cases will be looked at by management in case of cancellation and a credit note may be given but this is at company discretion.
Bridal appointments require 50% deposit to be paid at time of booking and the remaining 50% to be paid 1 month prior to wedding date.
Any complaints must be made within 24 hours of course/ appointment to management in writing and will be dealt with individually.
No refunds will be processed. All complaints with services within the salon will be looked at by the most senior member of the team.
